Emerging Leaders within the Firm
Cleveland, Ohio (May 24, 2022) – CW Industrial Partners (“CWI”) is pleased to announce that Andrew Foster and Steve Hruby have been promoted to Vice President. During the past year Steve and Andrew have been instrumental in developing the firm’s acquisition processes while also taking on leadership roles in transactional due diligence, financing, and corporate governance of CWI portfolio companies.
Steve Hruby joined CWI full time in 2021 as a Senior Associate after serving as an MBA associate during the summer of 2020. Prior to joining CWI, Steve served in the transaction advisory services group at EY in its business valuation and financial due diligence practices. He also has experience in investment banking at Piper Sandler and started his career in the assurance practice at PWC. Steve is a CFA charter holder and earned his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his BS from John Carroll University.
Steve enjoys CWI’s industrials focus because he “believes manufacturing capabilities matter – not only to fuel the economy in good times but also to keep it functioning in times of crisis.”
Andrew Foster joined CWI in 2021 as a Senior Associate with a broad range of investment experience including stints at the Ocean Tomo Investment Group and Edgewater Capital Partners. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Western Reserve Partners. Andrew obtained his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BS from Miami University.
