Cleveland, Ohio (May 16, 2023) – CW Industrial Partners (“CWI”) is pleased to announce that Georgio Ronis has been promoted to Senior Associate. During the past two years Georgio has been instrumental in developing the firm’s acquisition processes while also taking on leadership roles in transactional due diligence, financing, and corporate governance of CWI portfolio companies.
Georgio Ronis joined CWI full time in 2021 as an Associate. Prior to joining CWI, Georgio served as an investment banking associate at Robert W. Baird. At Baird, Georgio was a member of the Industrial Group where he advised public and private middle market companies on sell-side, carve-out divestiture and buy-side transactions. Georgio received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
