Vice President Welcomed to CW Industrials (CWI)
Cleveland, Ohio September 16, 2026 – CW Industrial Partners (“CWI”) is pleased to announce the recent addition of Kevin Dressler as a Vice President on our investment team. His primary responsibilities include sourcing and analyzing acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence, procuring transaction financing, negotiating transaction terms and conditions, and assisting portfolio companies with governance and monitoring initiatives. In this role, Mr. Dressler will work closely with our experienced Operating Partners and leverage the deep sector expertise of the CWI Industry Advisor Network. 
Prior to joining CW Industrial Partners, Mr. Dressler was Chief Development Officer and a member of the Board of Managers at ReStream Energy LLC, where he led operations, acquisitions, capital raising, and commercial development. Previously, he built and led the commercial and engineering organizations at Alterra Energy. He began his career at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, holding engineering, maintenance, and supervisory roles across multiple refineries.
Mr. Dressler received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
