The purchases mark CW Industrial Partners’ third and fourth acquisitions in the material handling sector since 2018.
Cleveland, Ohio (January 20th, 2022) – Cleveland private equity firm, CW Industrial Partners, has acquired two businesses, Bryant Products, Inc. and SST Conveyor Components, Inc. to form a new conveyor products platform.
Headquartered in Ixonia, Wis., Bryant Products is a leading manufacturer of engineered conveyor rollers, take-ups, pulleys, and other branded conveyor products. SST Conveyor Components, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a leading manufacturer of engineered conveyor rollers, conveyor bearings and other engineered conveyor components. Both companies are leaders in the conveyor products industry and have a long track record of success. The two businesses will form the foundation of a new conveyor products platform, that will be integrated over time.
